Or you try to tweak embedded in phone what you have with an app like Neutron (for QC SoC's) but some things will disregardingly need a costume ROM with some configuration changes.

So you use in app embedded drivers for USB audio 2.0 and a processing (UAPP, HiBy, HF, FiiO, Shanling.) but the chain is limited to the what app provides.

Let's just say how Android default system audio implementation is bad to broken (when it resamples 44100 to 48000 Hz I consider it broken) from every view point (OS-vendor-OEM).

You would be nuts not to use widely available duble precision floting point (which by the way will translate back to the precision point rounding in integer) or 64 bit FP and linear upsampling for processing (effects, EQ.) even leaving analog output going over standard output rates (44100 ~ 48000 Hz) to the extent that you want to drive noise (or most of it) out to the frequency hearing range (DSD128 for example) to where it can't be heard. That's analog domain and human hearing anyway. If you look at capability of DAC output there is absolutely no need for more than 21 bit integer precision (as you can feel remaining 3 bit's noise flor whit what ever you like it will stay beyond auditable threshold) depth or sample rate of 44100 or 44800 Hz. The following description therefore only contains the most necessary steps and settings and does not interfere with the system. But you should consider that Windows 10 is provided 'as a service' and is constantly updated and comes with new features. Hope it helps someone.Bit perfect as usually prefered to means that digital source is passed on to analog output as it is (sample rate bit depth). Windows 10 and foobar2000 are able to play bitperfect audio, no question. Open Asio configure and select what you need for me it was

Media Center Windows Audio Device If your device has its own driver installed, select it from the list. Now you should see a icon in your toolbar. Tools > Options > Audio If you have multiple playback zones configured, make sure you first select the zone for which you want to configure audio at the top of the dialog. For me I also unselected gapless because it gave me problems.

Install asio4all ASIO4ALL_2_10_beta1_English.exe into default directoryĭevice tab should see asio4all v2 select it. Out_asio(dll).dll But this file in MM plugins folder. In the bin folder copied the dll from the sse2 folder ut_Pluginsĭownloaded latest asio4all ASIO4ALL_2_10_beta1_English.exeĮxtracted out_asio(dll)_067.7z with winrar into a folder Anyway I have been looking all over for this.

I posted this on another forum and do not know if it is bit perfect or not. I could not transfer the flac files on the free version. I have an IPOD with rockbox installed playing flac files. I installed MM on another PC and could not sync with the device due to the free version will not let me change the type of files the device will play (FLAC). On the Auto sync page please let us chose what type of files the device will play without purchasing it. The audio signal is being sent out the usb port on a netbook to an out board DAC (HRT Music Streamer II +) into a nice stereo system. In this day and age with hard drive space so cheap I am converting my library into flac. I was surprised in this day and age to see that MM does not support bit perfect. I currently own a good tagging solution and purchased MM due to it easy functionally. But in the mean time I am going to seek another solution and if I find one and spend time configuring it more than likely MM will no longer be needed. I understand that I more than likely will have to purchase another license which is acceptable. i do like MM but not having bit perfect output is not acceptable, I bought the 19 dollar one and not the lifetime upgrade which is fine. After doing further research it is my understanding that the current build of MM does not support bit perfect. I just purchased MM Gold the 19 dollar one.
